About the Founder:

Hi, I’m Sally, and I founded The Clarity Company in 2024 with one simple goal in mind: to help people transform their spaces and in turn improve their wellbeing.

With over 20 years of experience as a personal assistant and engagement manager, I’ve had the privilege of organising everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events for up to 250 people. My passion for creating beautiful and meaningful spaces grew from these years of organisation and attention to detail.

Home styling has always been a love of mine — I believe in choosing thoughtful pieces that reflect each person’s unique taste, while also creating a space that feels coherent and calming. I’ve always been drawn to how a well-organised home can bring a sense of peace and clarity, and I truly believe that when everything has a place, it has a positive impact on your mind and wellbeing.

I’m a calm, caring listener, and I take the time to understand how my clients live and interact with their spaces. Every person has their own routine, and I work closely with them to create solutions that feel not only beautiful but truly functional. My philosophy also includes sustainability: I’m passionate about recycling, upcycling, and helping clients make eco-conscious choices that align with their personal tastes.

When i’m not organising, you’ll find me in the garden, or creating yummy bakes but mainly with making memories with my family and friends.
